Planning & Design

Designing your perfect play environment is exciting and can bring communities together! There are many important considerations to address, including site preparation, safety, durability, budget, universal design, age appropriate play and many more! Recreation Resource USA will help take you from concept to reality. We provide a site layout and three-dimensional image of your proposed equipment to help you better visualize your design prior to installation. Changes can be made along the way to ensure that every piece is customized to your complete satisfaction.

Playground Safety

Burke's products are designed and tested to meet and exceed the world's most rigorous safety standards. In addition to being IPEMA certified to the American ASTM and Canadian CSA standards, many of Burke's product lines are also certified to meet the European Standard, EN 1176 by TÜV America Product Service.

Installation

Recreation Resource partners with factory-certified installers and complies with Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines as well as International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) standards to ensure your products are installed properly and safely.

Recreation Resource USA is also a Burke Factory Certified Installer and National Playground Contractor's Association (NPCAI) Recreation Installation Specialist Certified.

Maintenance

Maintaining your playground is a must for playground safety. Your new Burke modular play structure comes complete with a FREE Maintenance Kit. Not all play structures are the same. This kit includes a customized playground maintenance schedule and manual specifically put together for your play structure. The kit also includes touch-up paint to match your colors, graffiti remover, and comes in a handy hard-sided case for long-lasting durability.

In addition to our manufacturer warranties, Recreation Resource provides playground inspections performed by Certified Playground Safety Inspectors (CPSI), representative inspections to determine needed maintenance, and access to all original drawings and project specifications. Our certified and insured team members work with you to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
